They're fooled into thinking that they're online system works and that their phone system is functioning but they're clueless and you can't get any help from a human being. I'm sure that that's the way they're structured for cost purposes but as far as their customer service is absolutely stinks and that's across the board

I scheduled an appointment which served no purpose because I still just waited in line just to be told that they couldn't help me in store and couldn't advise me in what to do. How is it that Comcast continues to have the worst customer service. I guess that's how monopolies work.
