- ARAlways Remember6 days ago1.0Worst experience ever. Ali the store clerk was the most disrespectful and rude person I’ve encountered. Failed to do his job and help me manage my plan and gave me a bogus corporate address/number to escalate the issues I was having. I was finally able to get to the right people and report this store but wow what a terrible company and experience.

We have had 2 weeks of I'm internet outages and lost TV, when it has returned, it's been ok pixilated and saved shows have been lost. I would tell anyone looking for a provider to look somewhere else. We are!!!

Every employee has given us bogus offers that aren't real whether we're in the store, on the phone or on the app. CONSTANT issues and NOTHING gets resolved. Comcast/Xfinity is the worst service EVER! They should pay me for how many hours I've not had service and had to deal with trying to fix it.

We ended receiving almost 300 hundred dollars less when we got our pay out. They keep blaming another company who deals with the trade in and that company blames xfinity. We have yet to receive our full payout. They basically stole one of the phones and refuse to send the p hone back to us or pay us out. Overall a bad experience would not recommend this company to anyone
