If I could give zero stars, I would. Xfinity Mobile had no idea how to fix a simple issue on my account. When I tried switching to Verizon, they refused to give me the PIN number I needed and told me to “wait a few days” because they were “escalating it” to someone else. Spoiler: they didn’t fix anything.
I ended up calling the company MYSELF, and guess what? THEY fixed the issue in minutes and told me it was Xfinity’s own representative’s fault that my account was locked in the first place. So not only were they unhelpful, they CAUSED the problem.
This place is a JOKE. Completely incompetent, no accountability, and they waste your time.
Avoid Xfinity Mobile at ALL COSTS.

I am writing this review to express extreme dissatisfaction and frustration regarding Xfinity's failure to honor the promised Peacock Premium subscription that was supposed to be included with my 1 Gig Internet plan. This issue is not only a breach of the promotional terms under which I signed up (or maintained) my service but also highlights a significant failure in Xfinity's customer service and technical support infrastructure.
The Broken Promise
When I subscribed to the Xfinity 1 Gig internet service, one of the key incentives was the inclusion of Peacock Premium at no extra cost, initially for a year (or sometimes two years, depending on the exact timing and plan). This was a tangible benefit that influenced my decision to choose or maintain the high-tier service.
However, access to the service was either:
1. Never successfully activated, or
2. Abruptly canceled despite my qualifying service remaining active.
Upon logging into Peacock, I was—and continue to be—met with a paywall, clearly indicating the promised Premium subscription is not active, directly contradicting the terms of my Xfinity service.
The Customer Service Nightmare
The attempts to resolve this issue have been a frustrating cycle of being passed between departments and receiving empty promises:
• No Resolution from Agents: I have spent excessive amounts of time repeatedly explaining the issue to multiple chat and phone agents. While several representatives acknowledged that my account does qualify for the promotion, none have been able to successfully reactivate the service.
• Failed Escalations: I was repeatedly assured that the issue would be "escalated" to a specialized "Peacock team" or "advanced support" and that I would receive a callback. These callbacks never materialized, leaving me to initiate contact repeatedly from square one.
• Technical Glitches & Denial: The constant activation links provided lead to technical errors, or the Xfinity Assistant simply fails to display the required "Activate Now" banner. The core problem appears to be a systemic, known issue between Xfinity and Peacock, yet the burden of troubleshooting and resolution is placed entirely on the customer.
Conclusion
This experience is a prime example of Xfinity failing to uphold its end of the service agreement. The value of the 1 Gig service is diminished when the promised perks are inaccessible, and the associated customer support experience is entirely inadequate. It feels misleading to advertise a benefit that the company seems technically incapable or unwilling to deliver.
I urge Xfinity to fix this systemic issue immediately, provide a clear and effective method for 1 Gig customers to activate their promised Peacock Premium, and offer appropriate compensation for the wasted time and unfulfilled promotion.

I came here after work the had 6 people waiting. They only have 3 staff members out on the floor. Awful customer service you shouldn’t have people walking in the door getting served before the 6 people waiting.

I went there for just picking up a SIM card. They replied me, they’re closing in about 20 mns couldn’t take me that day. I ended up getting SIM card from another store momentarily. I think staff didn’t know about that.
