    I had an excellent experience with Billy at Xfinity and felt it was absolutely worth taking the time to leave a detailed review. I originally came in just to pick up a modem, but from the moment I walked in, Billy stood out as extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and made sure I understood all of my options instead of rushing me through the process. While I was there, Billy informed me about the mobile line promotion and explained everything very clearly and in detail, without being pushy at all. He quickly understood exactly what I wanted and showed me the right phone that fit my needs. He also helped set both me and my wife up, making sure everything was done correctly and that we were comfortable with the choices we made. Later that same day, we came back to the store, and once again Billy was just as friendly and patient as before. He went above and beyond by staying nearly an hour and a half past closing to make sure we were fully set up and ready for success. He didn’t cut corners or rush us—he genuinely cared about making sure everything worked properly and that we were confident moving forward. What really impressed me was his follow-up. Billy consistently checked in with us via text message from his personal phone to make sure everything was going smoothly and to answer any questions we had. That level of customer service is rare and truly memorable. Overall, this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Billy made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. If it wasn’t for him, I honestly probably wouldn’t have moved forward with the service at all. Xfinity is lucky to have him, and I would highly recommend working with Billy if you get the chance.

    I was at this Xfinity location yesterday with my husband. We were being helped by Billy who was new but very kind and informative. While we were being helped, Duan or Dawan (I only heard his name, not the spelling) was helping what seemed like an Indian couple with a language barrier. From the get go, I could hear his condescending tone. All of a sudden I saw him completely walk away from the couple being “done” with them. The wife was trying to communicate not understanding what he meant by that. The husband stated multiple times that Duan walked away after they said they were ready to sign up. Duan just says “I’ve told you 5-10 times already”, continuing his condescending tone. He even did a gesture that I would feel this guy thinks I’m stupid when he answered the word “Yes” slowly. He gives them a number to call, then calls out the next customer without acknowledging the couple. He then completely ignored them walking past them as they continued to have questions. They even tried asking another rep becoming frustrated asking “is this how you treat your customers?” He wasn’t much help either and told them to just call the number. They were in the store, why do they need to call the number? After the couple left angrily, Duan, with other customers still near him began talking bad about the couple with his coworker. Saying “man I’m not about to play with them” and began mocking what they were saying. He has no professionalism or at least not with Indians. Very unprofessional. You shouldn’t treat people beneath you or don’t do this job.

    Awful experience. I wish there is a 0 star option. Very rude behavior by staff. I went there to find if there are any good deals on my current home internet service. A guy on the counter was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Never ever go to this store.

    Great service at the store. I just find the prices to be a little high. After being a customer for so long prices are never going down. That's why so many people are going away from cable

    Horrible, Horrible experience at this location and xfinity in general. I spent an hour on the phone with a representative who sent me to this store to pick up my new modem and drop off my old one. I woke up at 3am to no internet apparently the representative a week ago did not transfer my service and instead made me a whole new account which leads me to a week later dealing with this headache. I walk back to the counter where I was rudely asked by a female who I believe is the manager "have you checked in yet" No as I did not know I needed to do this and I thought I was just picking up a modem and dropping this one off. She tells me that has Nothing to do with them and keeps saying they will tell you what to do. Who is they!?! I drove 40 minute to get here, over a mistake, xfinity made nothing I did wrong on my end. At this point I don't even want their service and I highly recommend not doing business with them to avoid headaches. By the way the representative who I spent an hour on the phone with told me my equipment was ready for pick up and just to drive there , pick it up and drop off my old stuff I even received a text message telling me my equipment was ready.
