Perhaps Verizon corporate needs to give their employees the ability solve problems more quickly or add more associates to the store. All I need is a SIM card because the iPhone needed a repair. It seems silly get in the store and wait for more than an hour. Don’t be bothered that your company doesn’t value my time. You just want your subscription fees with little support.
