However, the only reason this store did not get 5 stars was all because of one employee- Anthony. Once my fiancé phone bill was paid we decided to look for a new phone to upgrade. He was so unbelievably rude, rolled his eyes at my fiancé and the supervisor Silas, slamming doors. He made us feel like we were disturbing him and he didn’t want to help us at all. Everything was fine with our visit until he was told to assist us and that action alone made the experience very aggravating and less enjoyable. Other than that, everyone that helped us today was wonderful. I do have to admit if I ever have to come back to this store I sincerely hope he is not there. He is not a person that should be in customer service at all.

Went in 10/7/25 around 12pm/1pm and every staff member on the floor was extremely rude!!! One of the black short girls that was barely assisting kept cutting me off everytime I tried to explain my issue including she kept helping other customers while she was barely helping me. Her entire demeanor was disrespectful and rude!! And then when I was instructed to speak w/someone on their device stationed in store to get further assistance I had to keep saying excuse me as the agent on the screen was requesting to speak w/ an employee from the store, and the employees would literally make eye contact w/me and walked away bluntly ignoring me!! This store is borderline unprofessional and the employees all need to be retrained on customer service because what I experienced today was inhuman and unacceptable!!! Apparently based off other reviews this type of behavior is highly supported at this location for a very long time like someone mentioned zero accountability!!! I was beyond uncomfortable my entire time there.
