I'm sure people could get in and out faster if each Rep is assisting a customer. The wait time is awful & for no reason. No one entered my information when I walked into the store. The young lady that was initially helping me never came back to assist me. I've seen customers get taken care of and I'm still waiting for assistance. Awful service and organization in the store. Now, they say I'm next after seeing 2 customers get taken care of before me. I'd like to say 3 customers. I would've given the store a big fat 0. Go to another store, they really don't seem to value their customers.
