He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about providing great customer service, but Davis definitely does. Thanks to him, my issue was solved quickly and smoothly. Highly recommend asking for Davis if you need assistance — he’s the best!
- MMMildredNov 5, 20255.0I went to upgrade my modem/router and as I walked in I was greeted by a young man. I told him what I was there for. He said have a seat it would be about ten minutes. That was fine they were pretty busy. In fact I didn't have to wait that long. By sitting there I was watching the interaction of the people there doing their jobs helping people with their equipment (phones, watches,cable equipment or just a question). They were all professional. Thank you Emanuel for helping me. You all were so professional handling your guests. No unhappy people that day. Great customer service.

Very unprofessional with screaming across the store at the employees to remove the customers name from the tablet once they finished assisting customers. Do better!!
