I came into this store hoping to get the cellular working on my Apple watch after trying with phone and chat support for a day. I attempted to explain to the employees what I have already tried with the other Xfinity support agents, but instead of listening to me they tried the same steps over and over again. Nick specifically was extremely unprofessional. I told him that I needed my issue to be escalated to Tier 3 support because there was an issue on the back-end with my IMEI. He got upset, stormed off and said "these IT guys always think they know everything!". I then sat with a nicer person for over 2 hours trying the same things over and over again. He started to help another customer, lost his chat with the support that was helping him, so he claimed my watch was defective and that he would exchange it. Whatever. Then he tells me I need to go back home and get the box. After already wasting a big chunk of my day I told him I would come back another time. I'll be going to another store. The guys in this store just don't care and think they are experts. Let's be real, they aren't. No one in this store cared about what I had to say and the troubleshooting that was already attempted. They claimed they never heard of the issue that I was having, yet you can do a quick internet search and see that it's an issue many people have and the solution is to get in touch with the tier 3 support so that they can take care of it. We all know Xfinity has horrible customer support, but you would think that when you're face-to-face with another human being it would be a bit better. If you have to go here, avoid Nick, he is a clueless hothead.
