I don't have Verizon and haven't for probably 10 years or so now, but my son did (now doesn't) and his experience trying to get his phone unlocked was terrible, he paid $$ for the phone after about eight months because he wanted to switch carriers, his phone was supposed to be unlocked and it wasn't, we called customer service and went into store on Bay Rd in Saginaw but they said they said "could not" help, nothing they could do. They don't have the tools because it was already ported. I don't believe that for one minute. It's just too bad so sad for us right. Well I don't think after ten years being gone in my case helps them I will not ever be a Verizon customer again and hopefully my son won't either. I will not be recommending them to anyone. Their customer service is terrible!!! You would think you would help out your former customers in hopes of getting them back one day. Not these guys, they just want your money.
