- EKE KJan 11, 20251.0After 2 days of going to this location dealing with Destiny rep and the manager (male glasses) they gave up on my new business account and did not find a resolution to opening a new account. Next day I went to the corporate store in Warren Michigan and they had me in and out in 10 minutes co Pletes my new business account! Stay away from the royal oak location they just try to push customers fast do not care about finding resolutions.

Every single employee in this store are pompous arrogant , don't bother me people. Not one bothered to try and help me the so called manager was dismissive and seemed annoyed with my being there trying to spend more $ than I already do with Verizon. I will never return to this store again and am currently looking to switch my business account because of the actions or should I say inaction of these rude employees of Verizon. I wouldn't even call them employees cause everyone of them just sat in front of their laptop or phone and didn't bother to even try to help me . This wasn't the 1rst time being treated with such arrogance in this store either 1 time maybe just a fluke but to get the same treatment and horrible experience over and over again that's an issue. I would hope Verizon or whom ever owns this store does something like replacing every worthless unhelpful hate my job emloyee in this store
