    I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience with Xfinity Mobile. I recently upgraded two phones on my account and added a third line. This process required over two hours in an Xfinity store, during which I traded in two iPhones as part of the upgrade. I was explicitly told by the store associate that both devices qualified for the highest possible trade-in value, and based on that information, I proceeded with the trade-ins. Several weeks later, I noticed that one of my lines did not receive the trade-in credit I was told to expect. I was advised to wait, as trade-in credits can take multiple billing cycles to appear. I did so, but the credit never posted. After multiple return visits to the Xfinity store with no clear answers, a claim ticket was finally submitted. At that point, I was informed that the store associate had provided incorrect information. I was told that because my bill was due in two days and I had one remaining device payment of $25, I did not qualify for the full trade-in value at the time of the upgrade. This critical information was never disclosed to me. Had I been told to wait just two days and pay off the remaining balance, I would have qualified for the full trade-in value of approximately $800. Instead, I received less than half of that amount. Despite this error originating from Xfinity staff, I have been told that no adjustment or back credit will be issued. This is unacceptable. I relied on the information provided by your employee and made a financial decision based on that guidance. I am now being penalized for an internal failure that was entirely outside of my control. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has permanently damaged my trust in Xfinity Mobile. I expect this matter to be reviewed and resolved appropriately. At a minimum, I believe the trade-in value should be adjusted to reflect what I was clearly told I qualified for at the time

    I was up there earlier today, and this store was pretty awesome. John and Jay both immediately acknowledged me when I came in, and let me know I'd be helped soon, despite both helping other customers. I worked with John and he was amazing at answering my questions, relating to my issues with the service, and telling me exactly what I needed to do to accomplish what I was attempting to do. I got my new phone, my questions answered about switching over a second phone, and left extremely satisfied. Definitely go here over the location on Harper and 11 Mile, it's worth it.

    I admittedly entered the store pretty angry because of an issue I had with the phone support, and technical issues caused by Comcast’s “regions” that made the store employees unable to solve all of my problems. To the credit of the manager (I wish I knew his name), he kept his cool completely and solved my problem to the best of his ability - himself operating within the extremely frustrating and broken business that is Comcast. 5+ stars to that employee, 0- stars for Comcast
