However, at least 5 or 6 of my apps are not working on my new phone in various ways, despite reinstalling them and following instructions, if any. So, I go back today and Sade, the manager, tells me they cannot help me unless it's a Verizon app. Huh? I bought a new phone and apps aren't working on it!!! She had no suggestions for how I could get help. I am flabbergasted and furious.
