Clean, friendly, the staff does their best to help, which is sometimes difficult with a corporation like Comcast.

No offer, no hmm, maybe I should get my supervisor because obviously there's nothing I can do? So I asked for a manager. Manager again said no. Only if we lower your speed. Huh, so that was an option? ,thanks for letting me know. Also, we can call the company and ask for better deals? Huh! Did not know that either. So while the manager is telling me 'no' my son called and got us a great deal and the company will be looking into the store. 😉
