  We had problems getting the password for our Internet. The very helpful lady showed us how to get the password.

  Not great service. I was there recently and while I waited to see someone I noticed the staff was much more interested chatting with each than helping customers.

  Extremely Disappointing Experience at Xfinity Store One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The store agent who handled check-in was rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping. No basic courtesy, no patience, and zero effort to understand the issue. It felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason they’re employed. Unfortunately, this attitude wasn’t limited to just one person. Most of the staff on the floor seemed equally unhelpful—either unwilling to assist, poorly informed, or openly indifferent. Questions were answered with attitude or vague responses, and getting clear information felt like pulling teeth. There were only a few exceptions—a couple of employees who at least tried to be professional and respectful—but they were overshadowed by the overall poor behavior and lack of accountability from the rest of the team. For a company as big as Xfinity, this level of service is unacceptable. The staff seriously needs better training in customer service, communication, and basic professionalism. I would not recommend this store unless you have no other option.

  The worst service ever with no customer service. It's been more than a month, Xfinity internet is not working. Can't stream, can't browse and can't even take a teams call. I am paying for nothing. I have tried numerous device restarts, complain in the app. All Xfinity assistant do is restarting the modem. I tried calling customer service and it's the robo call again!!! The solution is restart the modem. I am done with this bullshit. What a worst internet service provider with the worst customer service ever!!!!! I wish there was a negative rating that I could give for this poor service!

  Stay away from this store. If you have an issue they will not help you. They will only try to sell you new service, they only want to hit their quota for sales. The Managment here are unprofessional they don’t care about customers. I have now switched to a different provider. I was dealing with a heavy set guy and his female manager both have 0 customer service didn’t care about my issue basically said go home and call Xfinity. Which I did before i went into the store.
