Drive a little further and go to the store at South Blvd. and Crooks. They are so much better. As a sidenote: the assistant manager Patrick was extremely rude and treated me as if I had no value.

We went to the Verizon store so they can help us and immediately asked us if we paid for the phones there. Since there was no money to be made with us, he walked away. Comes back 10 minutes later and tries changing our account to get some kind of commission out of it. We complained and another girl who works there yells out. Why don’t you go back to Costco where you got your phones. Terrible experience. I would avoid this location.
