- DSDebbie StallingsSep 26, 20251.0You don’t care about customers. I just walked in your store with a broken foot and cane. I was looking for a place to sit before I signed in. The employees just looked at me. They didn’t say hi or ask what I need.

When I asked for a chair because I'm a handicapped senior lady they pointed to a bar high stool that I couldn't get on at all. When I asked the manager if there was a chair for me in the back he snapped at me and said "What did the guy tell you? " I told him he only said the bar high was it. He snapped at me again and said "Well that's it then" Rolled his eyes and glared at me before walking away. I tried calling corporate while I continued to stand in much pain and he came back out and yelled at me. I left because he scared me.

After a 30 minute drive, we were met with an extremely rude rep. She pretty much told us to go home. We were treated so terribly, we are considering not coming to Verizon from AT&T.

We went to the Verizon store so they can help us and immediately asked us if we paid for the phones there. Since there was no money to be made with us, he walked away. Comes back 10 minutes later and tries changing our account to get some kind of commission out of it. We complained and another girl who works there yells out. Why don’t you go back to Costco where you got your phones. Terrible experience. I would avoid this location.
