This is something that has always impressed me about this store but the good feelings ended there- the person helping me was rude, entitled and acted as though it was a privilege for me to be there. He was so rude I asked for another associate. My next star is for the second associate. She was professional, had great customer service skills and answered all my questions promptly and courteously even though I didn't like the answers My Internet bill has been a different amount for each of the last 4 months. My $25 a month for 2 years promo expired and my bill tripled to $75 per month. The following month it was $30. This month is $65. I was informed I'm lucky to be receiving this rate and it's only good for one year and it will then go up to $90. I haven't shopped around, but now I will. I thought Comcast had come around. I have been happy with the service but their slow, confusing, pieced-together website, spotty customer service, inexplicably complicated bills and inability provide reasonable telephone support if you can even get through, has convinced me they haven't changed their ways. Thanks for 2 years of good service Xfinity and/or Comcast but I think I'm done.
