- FFFSep 10, 20255.0I'm usually fairly sceptical about cell phone stores as I've got horror stories galore about these places from personal experience. I was honestly shocked at the level of professionalism and personal level of service we got! It was simple enough, port in two lines to devices we already owned, and low and behold it was actually SIMPLE. Jace took care of us from start to finish, ensured the numbers moved over and provided some great advice and information about some of the lines on our account we didn't realize needed attention, along with a recommendation we didn't make a few changes to try and save money as it would have ended up costing us more! They also did a fantastic job with ensuring our account security and protecting us against fraud by physically checking our driver's license and then even requiring codes from text messages. This is the direction I think all places should take and I'm so glad they did!!

Was told it would cost 30 dollars to MAYBE transfer my information to my new phone after my previous phone screen shattered. She acted like it would be difficult, which did not reassure me of spending that 30$ here. Not helpful.
