I go into this store because I moved away from the grandville location and at first it seemed like the manager Simon was trying to assist me and instead got fraudulently charged for 6 cameras I never agreed to. I was charged over $400 on my next bill and because Simon is now at the Lansing location for some reason they are unwilling to resolve this. Customer support stated this store added the charges and those need to be removed by the store. It has been now 2 weeks and they actually expect me to pay for these cameras I do not have. The new acting manager Foster had no follow through, I've had to call and text him several time then hit me with a lie aboit needing to pay $202 and then I can get an xfinitt credit of $183. This is an outrage and fraudulent on behalf of a "manager"
