- AAAdamApr 7, 20242.0I wanted to upgrade my phone. Not my plan, just straight up by a new phone. The amount of hoops that I needed to jump through to do that was extremely off putting. If I was to walk into Apple, Best Buy, or anywhere that sells phones, the whole transaction would’ve taken minutes. Instead the sales people try to “upgrade” you to a different plan. Which all the plans cost more and offer little to nothing more than what I already have. Be better Verizon. Stop being so money hungry, and start actually caring about the people who give you the business
