We got there in the morning and was still there for about 2.5 hours. I feel they could use a few extra people working on the weekends. It looked like they had 5 people working with 2 people helping one customer. When they got to me I took all of 15 minutes...knew what I wanted with very few questions.

The guy helping me left his phone sitting there an they were so worried about it because I was standing there 2023 people an I have been a Verizon customer for 8+ years an get treated like thus is just ridiculous
