Worst customer service in the world! Do not do business with this store! The management is rude. They won’t listen to you, they don’t take accountability. They argue with the customer when their service is extremely convoluted. They pass the buck to the 800 people then this people pass the buck to the store people. And no one knows what’s going on with billing!
I returned cameras well under 30 days. Thru are suppose to take returns in store as that’s what corporate on the 800 states and so does the policy in writing! Yet the store managers say no they don’t. ??? Then I show my receipt of purchase and the the store managers states I was 90 days late before she even heard my case, then I brought her the proof of the return dates before the 30 days and she still spoke rude to me and passed the buck to corporate. Who am I to trust? I ask politely upset. Then I’m told to leave because she doesn’t want other customers to hear the complaint. She states she can do nothing and told me to leave. Rather than hear my story in its entirety and the 5 times of a month I’ve been to the store to resolve issues that only get worse because no one takes responsibility to help. “Here’s an 800 number” that’s it. No credits for grave inconveniences of my time. They made the mistake of closing a return ticket without notifying me. And I had to go into the store to find out my return was denied because someone on the ticket stated I was beyond the 30 days, which I had opened a ticket before then. A month later I get a call from a case manager he says he’s refunding me and sending a box but has no clue why my ticket was denied the first time. He also confirmed the store is supposed to to take my items if returned under 30 days b they emailed me the written policy! The store managers, both, say they don’t! Which is a lie according to corporate.
Worst run customer service, no compensation for my aggregation and a $400 bill that I had to call back on to get credited for because someone forgot to credit the equipment return. The people at the store are very rude with exception to the black dudes there. Thru should be the managers. The white old lady and the young white manager and a multicolored haired rep were very impatient, would not listen to my concerns, they don’t take note to better their service. Just tell you to leave if you complain. And they refuse to listen to your entire arduous process as to why you’re upset. This happened with a friend of mine too! Same old lady yelled at her over the phone and hung up on her a month ago. I’ve asked for the district manager twice and no one will give me his number to talk with him. The. Sad truth is customer service is terrible these days no matter where you go with few exceptions. What a nightmare just return an item promptly and to have to take up 5 business days between hours in store and on the phone. Not even a credit for a free month for all the inconvenience. Just a sorry. And no one fixes the process.

Dallas was super helpful for us! We came in planning on only getting one line added onto our wifi plan, but he educated us on the deals they had going on and their plans, so we ended up leaving with two phones today. Despite the store being super busy, he was super calm and helpful to us. Keep up the good work!

Dallas was who helped me set up my phone and switch plans and he was fantastic. He was very patient even though my phone just did not want to cooperate, and he did not give up. Even thought the process took 2 hours due to how long my phone was taking, he didn't complain or make me feel bad at all and was just so cheerful and fun to chat with while we were waiting. Him and CJ helped to keep the mood uplifted and pleasant even when I was starting to get really frustrated. I plan to come back to Dallas specifically for any future problems as it was just such a pleasant experience.
