Even his 2 co workers said YESS you can switch her phone to pre-paid, for some reason he comes back out from the back and said no we can't do this, I told him yess you can you just didn't want to help. He said OH WELL I told him I will go to another verizon store, he said go ahead there won't be able to help you. We'll guess who has a working phone with pre paid I DID!! He could have done it but for some reason hated his life that day. If I could do ZERO stars I would!! don't go to this one!! Lazy and rude employees

We stood and waited patiently until 1:30 and no one out of the 4 employees approached or acknowledged us to tell us the status of our wait or to apologize for the delay. Hey Verizon, what is the purpose of making appointments if you are unable to accommodate? This is an unacceptable way to treat your customers and I’ll be looking for a new carrier today.
- NBNicole BrowleyMar 16, 20231.0I went into the store at 6:40 PM to pay my hotspot bill because when I signed up, I was never told how to sign up online to be able to pay my bill and thoroughly use the hotspot. After I paid my bill, I asked the guy to have somebody show me how to work the hotspot and to show me how to get to my messages on the hotspot. The guy proceeded to tell me that nobody there was that nobody was there that could help me with that information. mind you there Was three other employees in the store at that time, but employee that was working with me told me that the guy that signed me up could not help me because he was put in the Safeway in the store was closing when I walked out of the store when I was done it was 6:50 PM. They were more worried about closing the store, then helping a customer completely on excusable and I wish I would’ve never went with Verizon now.rep ID is amsel…
