Walked out after 4 hours of wasted time one phone in hand not working told within 13 hour it would! What! Well 12 hour later I have to call Comcast to find it failed transfer. Call att they say no request received, call xfinity and after much frustration the lady finds they sent incorrect phone number to att so no they did not receive any for real number. Xfinity corrects phone number to move and I was told it was passed. Look at att account phone is gone but think it works on xfinity nope. He'll I did not have a clue of what deal I got. Then they double charged my card for the one I got that dont still work! This store failed in every way, manager to busy building display to help the inexperienced person helping me, then he went to lunch for hour, then returns to deal with a xfinity display inspector that interrupted who ever he needed to get his job done and out. Another employee spent 30 min sitting flitting with a girl while we sat and waited. Poor training, poor respect for customers time! Would not recommend at all!!!

Ridiculous. And don’t work 2nd shift with these people BC when you get off work late, the internet’s going to be down. Thank god I have data otherwise I would be SOL so many times with this shoddy company. PS Good luck getting ahold of somebody, it’s all robots.
