However, I went into the store today (07NOV25); Devin greeted me and had my problem fixed in less than 5 minutes. We chatted a little and we were out the door. Great Job Devin. - JDJonah DayNov 2, 20251.0Wasted an hour and a half with customer service, customer service says they contacted 24th ave store to do a warranty exchange and to go there and they will replace my phone for me, and says they put it in the notes that aswell, drove to this xfinity store thats a half hour away just for the older redheaded manager lady to extremely rudely say they cant help me and to contact samsung instead and there's nothing they can do... clearly they're lying and can do something but they dont want to, because customer support clearly said they can and sent me there for a reason, then the kid worker makes up that they said nothing about me going into the store for an exchange... yeah okay someone is bold face lying to me and its not right, worst customer service of any store I've ever seen tbh stay away
