- TTthomas titusOct 25, 20231.0So I'll probably give it 2 stars just for the fact the younger brown haired male employee helped me and that is important to recognize. He helped me register and back up my new flip phone replacement and I asked about Google watches and he eagerly started his pitch. He gave me some info and showed me some for MAYBE 10min. As I was deciding which one and which plan to land on🤔. The older blonde female manager called him away toward the back work station with a "come here" finger and said something to him and he disappeared into the back on a well deserved break Im sure.... No problem. She walks over to me and said she sent him to break which is completely understandable and I even felt bad because they guy never led on about a break and was very courteous. So I'm thinking cool she's gonna help close the deal? NOPE! She comes up rude and short as can be and says "Sir your appointment was in the computer was supposed to be a simple phone activation and you've been holding up....whatever the sales guys name was and literally asked me to make another appointment for a different day and asked me to leave like straight away and after being talked to like I was some drunken Ne'er-do-well drifter that stumbled in from the street to waste her time???? So with that I gladly and quickly left and will never go back if she's on. Seriously I Boooo that lady. I did think it was really strange when a lady stormed out yelling and swearing up and down about "that lady in there!!!".... I'm leaving out the nasty and unnecessary details. I personally thought the lady was over reacting and was being over dramatic but after walking in after her....? Pretty sure she was referring to the same lady. Call it a hunch 😆
