Sales associate would not/ did not get up from her seat to show or offer the phone options available. She pointed from 20 feet away to phones of which some were not active. We stepped back to her station 3 times and returned to the phone wall never assisted with choices. Without the phone clearly labeled for price or manufacturer, and many would not start when touched. It was a wasted stop. Management flows from the top and this lack of attention, even from other present associates, ( we were the only ones in the store), sadly represents the lack of customer focus in this store. We are very understanding and easy to please customers. We will not return.
