- BABassem Al-SharjabiOct 11, 20251.0It's my first-time to say bad things about a shop or company in social media, I do not recommend dealing with them on the phone lines, nor activating automatic payment with them, because they will take money from you without justification. but what happened to makes me do (I have two lines from other cellphone company I transferred my 2 lines to Xfinity, at the beginning I choose the 25 $ plane for each one of my lines they greeted me and the employee informed me that they will not charge in the first month I said it's great, but the main issue was the Xfinity cellphone network in my neighborhood is very weak especially at my home that makes my internet is so bad and also my phone was out of coverage in sometimes. I tried to contact the customer service but they told me that there is no solutions in this days, that what makes me go to other company which has a good network in my neighborhood. After 2 days when I moved to another company the charged me 63,62 $ I went to the Xfinity center the employee informed me that the 63,62 for the month bill , I told her that you offered for me one month for free and I already paid for the second month what this for ,the an employee told me that the first payment was to activate the prepaid service for the month's bill and that I would also pay $36 next month even though I had permanently transferred my service there.
