After having a poor experience with the location at 23/Gratiot the night before, we were expecting the same snotty treatment. This was ‘Verizon’s last chance’ in our book. After spending less than 5 minutes with David, my husband and I turned to each other and couldn’t believe his kindness! The experiences were night and day. David not only treated us like human beings, he was also kind, knowledgeable and genuine. He took the time to explain things to us as well as other patrons who entered the store. We were blown away and Verizon kept some customers. I spoke with my mother who recently visited the location on 23/Gratiot and she reminded me of her poor experience there too. We decided instead of calling to complain about that location, we’d rather take the time to praise David over at 21/Gratiot! Great Job David! Thank you and we hope you get a raise :)
