I was there for over an hour on that occasion, got nothing accomplished and spoke to a totally incompetent general manager whose name I wish I could remember, but I have intentionally forgotten. I left that store shouting obscenities, something I have never done in my life. It was that bad! Things have changed. The staff is different, and the management is different. I went in today to solve a minor issue. I was greeted very respectfully, and turned over to representative in a very timely manner. Her name is Destiny. Knowledgeable, professional and personal. I don't know what finally changed things around for this location, but it's a 180-degree difference. Thanks to someone for reading the horrific reviews that this location received for many many months.

- KTKimberly TeaganDec 14, 20255.0This Google review is for Hunter, the Xfinity salesman who assisted my mother and me (as well as my dad, from the comfort of his big chair at home) with transferring cell providers from Verizon to Comcast and upgrading their ancient phones to iPhones—tasks that were 1,000 times more difficult than they sound. Hunter was extremely patient, kind, and optimistic as he helped us navigate getting my mom added to the Comcast account so she could make the changes, problem-solved issues with an old, inactive email address tied to the Verizon account, and worked around the lack of a My Verizon app or account due to my mom’s 15-year-old flip phone. He also provided thorough explanations and recommendations on phones, cell phone plans, and current cable TV options—all in true layman’s terms. Drastically upgrading your cell phone in your 70s is intimidating and stressful, and despite being obviously overqualified for his position, Hunter made the entire experience easy and even fun. Thank you, Hunter—we both appreciate you so very much. 10/10 human!

The product: I gave up on constantly trying to negotiate a lower price as Comcast constantly increased my costs. Comcast itself gets a 1 star. The store on the other hand was always accommodating and respectfull even when canceling and receiving the equipment being returned. The store gets 5 stars. I went with WOW... faster, cheeper and price guarantee.
