- JAJake AbelMar 21, 20241.0AVOID JOE AND THE NEW MANAGER. They deleted all the bad reviews from here. You're best bet, in my opinion, js to go to Bestbuy. They have a Verizon Rep there that doesnt sell you, but rather serves you. Next time, I am definitely going to Bestbuy, even if it means buying a phone outright. It took my wife and I one entire month to excahnge our phones for a new one. We had the money and everything ahead of time. It took 5 trips into the store. During that time, we had to deal with Joe. DO NOT...GO THROUGH JOE. He looks nice upfront, but after THREE TIMES of saying NO to Disney Plus, he snuck it in our contract, which took us a long time to get removed, all so that he can make that extra buck. The new manager, same way. They all seem nice, but they lie about the cost and price. Bad service if you ask me. If this tells you anything, I have only written 3 reviews on google my entire life...and this is one of them. I dont believe in wasting time doing this to vent frustration, but I do believe in helping other people. So here you go.
