I visited the store last Sunday and she was irritated to answer questions regarding the new promo offer. Made weird facial expressions and was demeaning. Even if I have to pay more for other carriers I will switch just because of this. The other guy had patience to listen and answer. Terrible experience.

I wasn’t even planning on upgrading, but the deals were too good to pass up, and Antonio did a great job explaining everything clearly. Everything’s working perfectly — I couldn’t be happier!

On trying to collect them they said I had to wait 3 weeks and do a test in the app to get it. The test never appeared on the app. Now they have made me upgrade to the new plan at more than DOUBLE the original rate for my free WiFi extender at 1GB speeds. Everytime I turn around my through put or actual speed is only 100mb/s, not the 1000 the promise. Oh wait. Not free they want me to pay another $15 a month for the extender too. I’m going to be searching if there is any class action lawsuits out there. There has to be. Shadiest business. Crooked people stealing money. Had me on the phone more than 90 minutes jerking me around. Promised a call back and never did. Pieces of crap. Leaving this company and will for ever be a detractor. Used to be a promoter and even used comcast Xfinity for my business, not any more.
