    Xfinity failed to mark their utility line after an 811 request was submitted before scheduled septic work at my home. Every other utility company marked their lines properly — Xfinity did not. Because of this, their unmarked line was damaged during excavation, leaving me without internet. I work from home, so this outage directly affected my ability to do my job. When I contacted Xfinity to resolve the issue, I spent over an hour being transferred around, only to be told it could take up to two more days for a technician to fix a problem caused entirely by their own failure to follow required 811 procedures. To make matters worse, the only compensation offered was an $8 credit, which doesn’t come close to addressing the lost work time, inconvenience, or the effort I’ve had to put in to fix their mistake. This experience shows a lack of accountability and customer care. Extremely disappointing.

    Beyond the worst experience with Andrew! I came in because Xfinity told me I needed to get a new modem to upgrade my plan despite the fact the one I own is the best on the market. While waiting for the attendant to do her thing, I asked why do I have to switch from using my modem to using theirs. She gave me a circular argument say you have to because your upgrading. Side note, my service is now slower using theirs. She couldn't finish the job so Andrew stepped up. He told me I need to approve the changes even though I had already done this online. I noticed my bill would have jumped from what I already agreed to of $125 to $155. I asked him about it and he played dumb. And he said oops. I'm sorry I pressed the wrong button. Xfinity already has a terrible reputation. Their representatives sneaking on extra services to clients accounts that didn't ask for doesn't help. I think I'm going to switch to starlink.

    I have been a customer for more than a year now, the customer service representative ‘Lisa’ has been consistent with her unprofessional attitude towards customers and rude behaviour. I visited the store last Sunday and she was irritated to answer questions regarding the new promo offer. Made weird facial expressions and was demeaning. Even if I have to pay more for other carriers I will switch just because of this. The other guy had patience to listen and answer. Terrible experience.

    Antonio Daniels was incredibly nice and helpful! I came in just to upgrade my WiFi and ended up leaving with a new plan and a new phone. I wasn’t even planning on upgrading, but the deals were too good to pass up, and Antonio did a great job explaining everything clearly. Everything’s working perfectly — I couldn’t be happier!
