I was told by customer support to come in the store on the phone to resolve my billing issue. I drive to the store and they say they don't know why the online reps told me to come into the store b/c there's nothing they can do. Waste of time, energy, and patience. Xfinity as a company needs to be thoroughly looked into and investigated. The amount of fraud and intentional run around is ridiculous. If you can avoid DO NOT GET XFINITY INTERNET!!! You will be sorry.

The representative who assisted us, Sebastian, was immature, unprofessional, and made us very uncomfortable. He hid his screen from us, carried on casual conversations with coworkers about when their shifts would end, and spent time on his personal phone using Reddit and scrolling while we were sitting with him. Most concerningly, he was eating while helping us, touching his fingers to his mouth and then handling my phone, which was both unsanitary and inappropriate. It was so gross. To make matters worse, at the end of the interaction, he asked us to “shoot him a 10” on his review, showing no awareness of how unprofessional his behavior was. We left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. This experience fell far below what I would expect from a company like Xfinity, and I want to ensure it’s addressed so he understands and no other customer has to experience the same.
