- JPJill PittmanAug 23, 20251.0Gave it one star because zero stars is not an option. Not talking about this store in particular but Verizon company ripped me off for a couple thousand dollars. It was a whole two years of issues between the store that was not an actual Verizon store, yet had Verizon sign on the building? where I got my equipment, and the company messing up my bill because the store messed up helping me return TWO routers that didn't work, because, get this, Verizon doesn't even service my area for Internet!! (didn't they know that when we started??!) AND making me pay $350-450 a month for like 7 months in a row when all I was actually getting was phone service! (that was $65/month before I got their 'business bundle') in order to keep my business phone in service, with the promise I would get it back in the end- which THEN they told me they only owed me $190!!! And since every bill said a different amount from the website and what I actually paid and the printout said I paid after I went back and asked for that, I wasn't able to prove it and never got my money back. After I paid off my 'free phone' which actually cost me $800, I was finally able to get out of their clutches, lol but it's what it felt like- it was an absolute nightmare & I will NEVER recommend to even my worst enemy! So thankful I will never have to walk into one of these stores again.. Thank you to my friend Jeff at total wireless for helping me get out of that hell on Earth.. do yourself a favor and don't even think about it. You WILL regret it, I promise.
