When trying to buy a new phone the rep I encountered was very cold, unfriendly, and not helpful in the slightest. I was patient and had questions related to phone setup/ availability in other stores and the word I heard most was “No” with little explanation after. This was a slim, older woman, with glasses and short hair. This may have been a rough day for her, but the attitude I received made me never want to return to this location and I will not be purchasing my new phone here.
