When trying to buy a new phone the rep I encountered was very cold, unfriendly, and not helpful in the slightest. I was patient and had questions related to phone setup/ availability in other stores and the word I heard most was “No” with little explanation after. This was a slim, older woman, with glasses and short hair. This may have been a rough day for her, but the attitude I received made me never want to return to this location and I will not be purchasing my new phone here.

I confirmed with the live agent and also a store associate that there’s no early termination fee (because my new carrier will reimburse if there’s such a charge). This old man at the reception had no idea what he was doing and told me I can’t cancel now. I asked to speak with a real expert and he refused. He confidently shared that everyone else was wrong, and he’s the only one correct. I’m so pissed that I had to drive another 20 minutes to Yipsilanti store where the staff told me there’s no early termination fee and I am all set. The other store’s staff (yipsilanti, Brighton) are just friendly enough to walk me through the correct process.
