- CLcyndi lyonSep 25, 20251.0Wow. Who broke Verizon’s customer service? I can honestly say that the Secretary of State has a superior system of service than Verizon. Sign in great concept, however there is no way to see the status of the line and the workers seems to help those with walk in questions and questions on where am I at in line before helping those on the list. I’ve been her over 70 minute, still waiting and no idea where I am at. I’m trying to remove my deceased father from my account and after a long time on the phone with no luck they said I had to come to corporate store. It’s really unbelievable. Verizon is just the shell of what it used to be. Sad.
- MFMark FrisingerDec 28, 20231.0I see your reviews of this Verizon store is at 2.3 and going lower, sales case in fact buying two new phones , debit card reader failed took funds out of my account anyway.2 weeks to get a refund , basically lied to by management on refund status just to get us out of store, promised a 100$ credit on billing never received it . Still have 1 phone line & internet (not for long). I fully understand why Management & employees hide behind locked doors. Don't shop at Verizon especially this store they will tell you they take pride in customer service,that's a negative. Reviews dictate that.
- JWJensen WhitmoreNov 13, 20231.0Yes, they were busy. HOWEVER, Waited 40 minutes while 4 people sat in the break room. Watched an employee leave the couple she was working with to chat to her boss. And the poor couple needed help, wondering where she went. When they asked her to come help, she was rude when they asked her to come back. Several other waiting customers abandoned hope with us. Bummer is, we have to try to come back.
