Sign in great concept, however there is no way to see the status of the line and the workers seems to help those with walk in questions and questions on where am I at in line before helping those on the list. I’ve been her over 70 minute, still waiting and no idea where I am at. I’m trying to remove my deceased father from my account and after a long time on the phone with no luck they said I had to come to corporate store. It’s really unbelievable. Verizon is just the shell of what it used to be. Sad.

And went above and beyond to come up with a solution for us me, being a T-Mobile customer. I am strongly influenced by the service of this one manager of this branch to switch over to Verizon. An absolute amazing person. He really knows how to do his job thoroughly. And truly grateful for his service, I highly recommend that this location for services to any of your verizon needs thank you Trey.
