When my wife has just as good of service if not better through prepaid Verizon for 50 or $60 a month lol I've been with them over 3 years and I tried to get my screen replaced the other day because it cracked and they refused to honor my insurance because I had just recently purchased insurance, so I had to go to Wolfpack technology in Alpena and pay $150 to get my screen replaced. As soon as I pay off the rest of my phone I will be leaving Verizon. 😁
