- DAdavid AAug 11, 20251.0On Friday I purchased a new phone. I could've gotten a phone that day there, but for a phone with twice the memory, I was told I'd have it in 2 days. "By Sunday?" I said. I was told by the manager, "Yes, free 2 day shipping." So I ordered it. It never came on Sunday. I went back on Monday to Verizon. This time I was told, "Here's the tracking number. UPS has it." I looked it up and Verizon had not sent it yet. UPS doesn't have the phone yet. I asked the person at Verizon, "Why was I told Sunday?" They walked away. I said, "Why was u lied to?" No response. They ignored me. Jerks. Thank you for the horrible customer service.
