- TRTodd Robinson3 days ago5.0This is a very late review. I came into the store to switch my service on November 9, 2025, after previously speaking with, Mike, the store manager. On the day the I switched my service, the customer service representative representative that assisted me was Alex. Alex was extremely helpful. He took his time to make sure that all of my questions were answered. Alex checked and double checked the numbers to give me a good estimate of what my Xfinity Mobile bill would be in comparison to my previous carrier. We had a complicated situation because one of the phones we were trading in was out of the state. Alex took time along with, Mike, and another CSR, James, to figure out how we could accomplish what we needed at the lowest cost. Alex gave us his number to call when we were ready to transfer the phone that was out of state. He supported us through the process from long distance, and everything went fine. Alex, Mike, and James treated us kindly and went above and beyond to provide us with excellent service when we visited their store.

He checked in with each person and spoke to them based on their individual need. He kept abreast with each person while helping me. He was personable as well as professional. This was a good experience after having a poor experience on the phone with Xfinity.

I should not have to spend 2 hours on the phone restarting my service every time I return a piece of equipment. Get it together! Will be reporting this to corporate office as well.
