It was a good experience but I returned two weeks later and I witnessed him verbally assaulting a customer outside of the store. Maybe a store down. It seemed personal but extremely unprofessional. He had his badge on him so you could clearly see he was the same employee I worked with two weeks ago. He was threatening crazy allegations and it was extremely embarrassing to the company and even the shopping center that we were in. Xfinity hire better employees. I will not longer return for such an awful interaction.

Now you approach me for a set internet fee for 5 years for $50.00/month - really!! Why not approach me with this deal when I was a customer to reduce the bogus $175.00 a month that increased over a period of time (up from $99.00) without me ever having changed my service package!!! Yet you wait until I leave to make that offer. SMH.
