To say much of my experience with the company over the years has been a nightmare would be putting it lightly. I did not think anything could top their horrible phone Customer Service, but my two visits to their N. Salisbury store took the cake . I was frustrated with my first visit but my visit last week was even worse. A bored, dismissive employee shuffled papers unrelated to me the entire time I tried to talk to her. She was dismissive, curt, border line rude and avoided eye contact. No welcome greeting or may I help you when I walked in and no thank you when I left. The employees seem more interested in their side conversations than customers. I kept my cool even though the day before I learned of my husband’s terminal, short term cancer diagnosis and one look at my face could show anyone I was distraught. I wanted to knock her stack of promo papers on the floor and yell out a few unkind things when I left, but I did not. You should not expect someone to have to be a 73 year old senior for them to act with good manners. I am not even sure why this store is even open. My next stop was to the S. Salisbury AT&T where I received service that went above and beyond. Goodbye and good riddance, Xfinity cell. I should have cut the cord a lot sooner.
