The sales representative clearly told me one thing when I signed up for service, but when my bill arrived, it showed something completely different. When I returned to the store to get clarification, instead of resolving the issue, the sales associate denied what they had said and outright lied. What made the situation worse was the so-called store manager, who came in with an attitude and was even more disrespectful than the associate. There was no accountability, no professionalism, and no effort to correct the problem. It’s honestly mind-boggling that Xfinity would hire and allow people like this to represent their brand. Customer trust clearly means nothing at this location. Based on this experience, I am seriously reconsidering doing any business with Xfinity at all. If this is the kind of behavior they tolerate, I want no part of it.

I would recommend him for a leadership position in your organization. He is knowledgeable patient and just a generally good guy. I will definitely refer others to this location. P.S. he deserves a raise after troubleshooting my issues so thoroughly.

I went to the location in Gaithersburg and only spent 5 mins at most, in line to be helped after a customer had a few questions in front of me. Once they got to me, he handled me quickly and proficiently and I was out. This riverdale location made me check in, told me it was only 1 person in front of me, & had me waiting for an additional 10 mins before I got up and left. 3 people were helped before I left. And when I left there were 8-10 more ppl that were checked in. What is the check in person doing that’s so important that they can’t handle turning in a modem. I won’t ever return.
