I have never written a review, but my experience at this Xfinity store this past week was so asinine that I had to write one so you can avoid this location. First, I was promised a 15-minute wait but ended up waiting nearly an hour. Sure you could make an appointment like a guy next to me did, but he ended up waiting 30 minutes. When it was finally my turn, I politely asked for help with an account issue, but the associate was hostile, gave me attitude, raised her voice, and rolled her eyes instead of assisting. I’ve never felt disrespected by Xfinity like this before. They completely wasted my time and didn’t help at all. It was exhausting just trying to get help at this store. I left more frustrated than when I arrived. After this, I drove to another Xfinity location and had my issue resolved within minutes. I’d honestly rather drive to the most inconvenient Xfinity location than return to this store, even though I live minutes from it. Avoid this location at all costs. They don’t deserve your business.
