He did not hesitate to look into my account more and explain the billing charges, I forgot I was on a promotion that ended as for the bill increase. He then mentioned some ways to get my bill reduced while also adding extra features to my bill to combine my prior mobile plan with T-Mobile. He took his time, showed me a chart which he constructed which compared both options. Once we pay off our phones with T-Mobile, we will be back to get on Xfinity!
