They claimed to have called my name , however, it's a very small store and unless they whispered my name, there is no way they did. After I reminded them about my pickup, it took another 10 minutes to actually get it and received no courtesy apology or even a hint of recognition that I was disrespectfully ignored and had my time wasted.

I canceled my order within three days because the sales person said I could plug in my equipment and watch tv within 10 minutes. After hours on the phone with a tech and being told it would cost $100 to install the equipment, I took their equipment back and got another provider.

TO MY AMAZMENT I WAS NOT PREPARED FOR THE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE DELIVER TO ME . I ASK SOME QUESTION TO A GENTLEMAN WITH ATTITUDE THAT WAS UNECCESERY. HE MADE ME FEEL THAT I WAS INTERTUPING HIS DAY BY COME IN THE STORE FOR HELP. I NOTICE ALSO PLENTY OF SPACE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS BUT THEY DECIDE TO CONGRATE AROUND ME AND COMPLAIN THEY HOPE NO MORE CUSTOMERS COME IN THE STORE . THE GENTLEMAN MENTION HES GOING ON BREAK AND TAKING HIS LUNCH WHILE I WAS SITTING AND CALMLY WAITING FOR ASSISTANCE THAT I NEVER GOT AND TO INJURIE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH ONE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS THEY WERE LOUD AND GENTLEMAN TOLD ME I DONT KNOW WHY YOU CALLED THEY CANT HELP YOU ANYWAY . . IM JUST SAYING . ALL THIS BECAUSE I NEED CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE AND BETTER SERVICE ..ITS A SHAME THIS STORE IF YOU LOOK BACK AT MY TIMELINE GAVE RAVE REVIEWS , NOW I TAKE IT BACK THIS IS NOT THE BEST STORE FOR CUSTOMERS OR ANY HELP.
