When asking about options for replacing a damaged phone, she seemed like she couldn’t care less and referred us to elsewhere. Very disappointing visit especially since I don’t live close to this location. I have to go back online and chat with an agent to get help which is where I started and was referred to this location. Save yourself the trouble and just go to another location.

He was attentive to the details we addressed. Never once overruled us but instead tried to trouble shoot the problem at an equal reference with us. It was the store in Jessup, Md. the employers name was Noel who waited on me. How come there is no way to call store, they wanted to drive 5 miles acknowledge to the store. What kind of customer service department do Xfinity have?? This shit doesn't make any dam sense.😠🤬

People who came in after me, called before me! I was getting irritated and then the assistant told me the person who greeted me never checked me in! If you are here to do a simple drop off, block an hour off your schedule and expect to be completely ignored until you raise a fuss! I feel sorry for anyone who has to come to this location!

Phone issues can come with high anxiety. She helped me immediately and I truly felt she was sympathetic to my situation. All my issues were resolved and I left with a smile on my face!
