The techs won't even come to our house anymore to make needed repairs. Online service is a total joke. I have requested to have a supervisors help and it has gone on deaf ears. Don't waste your time and money with this company!

I literally watched Xfinity come out to my street and disconnect the internet I’m paying for to connect my neighbors temporary line (there weren’t enough spaces for all of our lines to receive internet so they plucked mine) - all of our lines go through my front yard. I went back outside and had to disconnect the temporary line and reinstall my own line again. What a dishonest, shady provider. They even told me over the phone they could “come out to take a look later on in the week” even though they disconnected my internet on purpose, which would have left us without internet for days.

I’m so disappointed in the lack of customer service. When I finally was called they admitted I was not checked in. How???? You see me waiting and I keep asking but you don’t realize I’m not on the list!!! If an appt was required I would have happily set one and gone about my day. This is such a waste of time!!! If I was in that movie in time (with Justin Timberlake) I would have died !!!! All I needed was to exchange equipment took 2 minutes. In a time when AI is taking over work, I would think humans want to give better service to be relevant in the work field. I will be switching providers. This is ridiculous.
