He helped me transfer from T-Mobile to Xfinity very easily. He notified me on everything, not just phone service but deals regarding the newest iPhone in which I am working with him to get the new iPhone. Great customer service from Jake and others involved!

I had to work extra hard over 2 months to get things back to somewhat normal. It came out to more than I was paying. He didn't help or offer his expertise or advice. I would had rather had better luck with calling CS.

There were 5 people ahead of me as well as People coming in to return equipment. 2 employees working. My husband and I arrived at 6:30 pm. The female, Raven had sold us this phone which was on back order. It had come in that morning and needed to be activated as I just changed my mobile service to Xfinity. She was working as well as a gentleman. Very nice African American man. Didn’t get his name. Raven became tied up with her customer and instead of telling him politely that there were several people waiting she proceeded to to cater to him. Setting up everything on his phone down to his screen protector. 2 HOURS of this!!! We were finally spoken to at 8:30 by the African American gentleman who was very apologetic for the ridiculousness of the whole situation. He had taken care of all of the other customers because Raven had no regard for any of us waiting . It took all of 15 minutes to activate the service but 2 1/2 hours of a wasted night. I will look for another Xfinity store if I need to return. Awful experience

Amazing people. 2 staff members, one starts with an L African American lady great energy. And the other one is raven, without these 2 women at your store, your store success hangs on a balance between these two women from what i've seen. These are great humans that deserve to be applauded. 5 stars from me, thank you. And after getting my cellphone payment down to nothing 41 whole year, I highly recommend all my friends to join me in xfinity.In fact, message me and I'll share you a link code and I'll point you in the right people to talk to that I'll make sure that you're taking care of fairly.
