    They merged my account with another neighbor at the end of August 2025, and never fixed the problem since. I was promised credits to my billing and a new smartphone for the trouble they put me through, but I didn't get the phone and they gave me 3 different accounts. I signed up for only one account. I don't understand why they're not fixing this at all! Do NOT buy their bundle specials, it's a scam!

    SOME of the Customer service not good. Was waiting for over 30 minutes. It was crowded. There were people in front of me. Not an issue. However, when it was The customer in front of me turn two young ladies came in sometime behind me. The guy thought it made sense to wait on them as he was flirting with them asking them what did they need it was a older gentleman before me that he should have been attending too. He tells us it makes sense because the service that the Young ladies came in for which was new services because they just moved into an apartment together It was quicker. For him to attend to them However, if I've been waiting for 30 minutes and the customer in front of me had been waiting longer than that. Because the two young ladies were giggly and cute and (and they were beautiful young ladies. Excited about their new apartment together ) skipping over the gentleman, me and the lady that was behind me made Absolutely no sense to the 3 of us. There was a team lead that saw absolutely everything that happened.. She did make sure the three of us was taken care of and also called another manager to let her know what just happened to us. I appreciate her and the other team members for stepping in intending to us...

    The worst business ever. I move 6 months ago transferred my service. They didn't cancel my service for 3 months. Gave ME a new plan 3x as much. Then had 2 bills coming to new address and 1 still at old address. My service was turned off 10 or more times in these 6 months. Each specialist promised no more problems. Still to this day they are charging me more than I owe and disconnecting my service. Just want the senior essentials and to be at peace. They are stressing me out. HELP. HELP

    This is the worst customer oriented service I've ever seen. Since a week after I got service with them I've had nothing but problems with them. The tip of the iceberg is that I had a bill on a phone that my husband purchased on the account that couldn't be used after 2 months of buying it and I tried to get on the flex pay plan that they offered to me but because I was hospitalized before it was finalized, when I was discharged from the hospital, they said I could no longer have that option because my service was disconnected. Mind you it was disconnected when we talked about it at first. Then I told them that I was on a fixed income and I allotted the past due amount of $185.23 . I was then told that I would have to pay $201.75 to get service on my prepaid service. How petty and inconsiderate can a major company be over $16.52 that I agreed to pay in a weeks time. I have been with them for a long time and I paid on time until I got sick 2 months ago. I know that my voice doesn't matter but if my message keeps at least 1 person from making the huge mistake of giving Comcast Xfinity their business then I would be happy. This is ridiculous how they can be so uncaring, thoughtless, and inconsiderate, towards the customer. In these trying times with the economy the way it is I can't understand why they wouldn't be a little understanding and empathetic to customer care. Please stay far away from Xfinity unless you enjoy putting your money in the hands of these present day pirates.
