    I had returned a WiFi Extender I purchased at another store. Apparently, the employee who handled the return didn’t know what she was doing, as I was given a receipt for the equipment return. I visited the store to inquire about the status of my refund. I spoke with the manager, who assured me that he would investigate the matter and get back to me. However, I haven’t received any response from him yet. I left him a voicemail with my contact number, but I haven’t heard back from him either.

    Both the manager & his staff were rude and not helpful as I was shifting to Verizon. I was appalled - if I had done what was suggested it would have been more money spent. I was there twice & got different & wrong information to make the switch. I ended up In Braintree - where the manager & his staff went above & beyond to help us. Even going so far as to tell me there had been fraud by an agent I had talked to. Braintree’s Marcel - awesome but never Weymouth.
