    Store was a little messy but employees were very friendly and attentive. Malcolm had my order of a cable box and internet router all ready to go and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes.

    I wish i read all of these reviews before switching providers. I wasted a good two hours of my life to upgrade my phone, by the end of it they told me they will “send me” a phone and it should be here in 2 business days, paid the taxes on the new phone was told not to worry about anything, 2 weeks later still no phone. The young man helping me was incredibly nice, but the information he gave me wasn’t accurate. I’ve been a new customer for almost 2 months now and i completely regret switching providers. This has been a very frustrating experience, I do not recommend anyone switching to xfinity or verizon. I also do not recommend visiting this store unless you want to wait longer than expected wait times for your “new” device. Very disappointing

    Ashley at Xfinity was absolutely amazing! She helped me get my new phone, and the whole experience was so smooth and enjoyable thanks to her. She was extremely knowledgeable, very understanding, and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. She finished everything much faster than I expected, and I truly appreciated how caring and professional she was throughout the entire process. Thank you, Ashley, for your exceptional service!

    I had such a great experience at the Xfinity store in Weymouth thanks to Destiny. She helped me switch my phone line over and made the entire process incredibly easy and stress free. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly instead of rushing me through it. Destiny truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly and that I felt confident before leaving. Customer service like hers is hard to come by and it made a huge difference. Highly recommend asking for Destiny if you go in.

    so iam new to xfinity switched from tmobile and this is the worst store ever. A bunch of teenagers acting like this is high school playing around and lack of knowledge. I have been here multiple times and they get it wrong ever time even the own manager jesse lack knowledge and is very lazy. So i traded my iphone 14 for the new iphone 17 there was system issues and they couldn't figure it out for almost 2 hours the employers said if it wasn't for the manager jesse messing with the system this would never happen so they told me to come back next week so i came back next week and the manager jesse was there so now we are trying to trade the phone in again i was working with jesse and some blonde head girl dont know her name but because we came in the next week now the promotion is down $100 so they try trading in the phone and system issues again wouldnt let us trade it again the girl was loosing patients typing the wrong IMEI number and then they tried doing on the front computer now i was told it went through so i asked the girl do i have insurance on the phone she said no because she assumed i didnt want it who assumes someone dont want insurance on a new iphone that just came out very messy so now im told i have to wait 24 hours so i come back 2 days later to put the insurance on the phone waited in line for the girl to tell me theres an issue putting insurance on the phone i have to now go to apple this is crazy if you put insurance when i bought the phone this will never happening now your really messing with my time and time is precious so i return to the store 2 weeks later and ask the manager the 800 dollar promotion is not on my account he says i had to do a ticket and send the ticket with the phone i said this was never said and i was told it was all set he says i have to wait for them to receive the phone and ticket and the promotion will be applied. ok so i go back a month later and tell the employees i still didnt receive the promotion they said i have to wait for the manager to come in 10 mins so i waited 40 mins and i was very upset because i came here multiple times for there mistakes so the employees said the manager was suppose to be in at 10am but who knows where he is he came strolling in at 12pm now im very ferrous and tell him it been a month and the promotion still not applied now hes telling me i have to wait and im like im not waiting no more they should of received it a month ago now hes in the back looking for the phone and comes out with the phone and now im even more ferrous like how was the phone not sent out a month ago he says we didnt know where it came from as the phone has the receipt with my account number and name how strange i think they where planning on stealing the phone now he tells me to make it less of a headache im going to give you the phone and you can call xfinity to ship the phone out yourself so i leave the store and call xfinity customer service and they told me they cant apply the promotion because the store i was at is the one who applied promotion it is already gone so now im even more upset because the manager should of known this but he was being lazy and didnt want to do is job now my only option was to return the iphone 17
