Constantly understaffed, everyone is clearly grinding to keep up and can’t maintain a great attitude. Ironically, the last time we’re here is to cancel our Xfinity services and the lack of customer service and pending internet maintenance in our area couldn’t reassure us more that it was the right decision to cancel.

I ordered this phone September 23 make sense how do I take money for something u don’t have then tell me I have 21 days to return my old phone funny I won’t even have the new phone in 21 days pathetic report them to the bbb still no tracking number nothing Pathetic
