She just said she was there for sales and she seemed to not care at all. I had traveled for 3 days out of the country and they charged me over 400 dollars! I didn’t use much data to cost over 400 dollars and this was my first time with Xfinity, I’ve been with other companies like T-Mobile and AT&T and never had this type of issue with them. I just wanted to understand why my bill was high and to get some help. Once again the worker just said she was there for sales and didn’t want to help or point me in the right direction.

I have struggled significantly online for over a week trying to return and cancel an iPad service and was honestly so nervous to visit the store for fear it’d be another game of run-around…but Jared was Awesome and so helpful. Knew exactly what to do, quick and efficient, never questioned me, and had such patience listening to me complain about my prior woes with online customer service.
