The one that they said they handled (canceling an appointment) they didn't even do. I don't know if that was incompetence or just a lie. I assume a combination of both. Completely useless to have this office since they can't handle any requests.

Representative actually answered a personal phone call without excusing themselves and began a separate conversation in the middle of me asking about upgrading my plan. They weren't knowledgeable or helpful to begin with, so I suppose it doesn't matter. I understand that the job is thankless and frustrating, but common decency and a little effort might make it a bit more rewarding.
